		<description>Great post, I had the privilege of spending 3 months in Rwanda and I am glad I experienced first hand the encouragement and empowerment that Rwanda is providing for women like Rica Rwigamba and many others. What I noted most about Rwanda is that they did not beg for fish like a lot of other African countries but rather encouraged the transfer of technology  to catch the fish. This is a great long term solution and it is amazing to see it filtering down to women in Rwanda.</description>
