Alexander spoke on a panel about how to manage and sustain high growth with Carolyn Albanese, Director of Customer Experience at Annin & Co.; Michele Szynal, VP of Corporate Communications at Callaway Golf (ELY); and Annie Maxwell, COO at Direct Relief International. Alexander's own experience with managing growth came when Red Hat transformed from selling software at land-based retailers to becoming a major player in the world of open-source software.
