Manning and his father, former quarterback and coach Archie, recently spoke about their own lessons in leadership to 5,000 MasterCard (MA) employees. The talk was part of a series of forums with leadership experts hosted by CEO Bob Selander. The MasterCard chief is doing just fine: The stock is up 63% in the last 12 months.
